Standing up all day can be exhausting not only for you, but also your feet. Shoes, socks and stockings can all contribute to tired, aching and smelly feet. For a real treat try a foot-bath and a foot massage to help ease the aches and invigorate your tired feet.
- A bucket or bowl large enough for both feet
- 10mL (2 teaspoons) Bosisto’s Eucalyptus Oil
- 4 golf balls
Fill the container with warm water adding the Bosisto’s Eucalyptus Oil. Gently place golf balls in the bottom of the bucket or bowl. Put one foot in the water and gently roll the golf balls around the sole of your foot – repeat with other foot. Soak both feet for at least 10-15 minutes. Dry the feet briskly with a towel and massage them with your favourite lotion or moisturiser. Your feet will feel better as well as making it easier to cut hard toenails.
When rubbed with this invigorating oil blend, tired feet will feel instantly revived.
